上一篇談到食品技師考試的考古題時，提及之後會說一下我所使用的參考書目。基本上考選部有公告相關考試科目的命題大綱，以食品技師類科來說，可以參考下面的檔案。

基本上只要內容符合上述命題大綱的課本都可以買，不過我的建議是只需要買一本就可以了，如果你離你大學畢業不超過五年，那你大學時代同名科目的課本就夠用了，不必特地去買新課本來看。如果還是不放心，坊間有出考古題題解也可以看一看，例如禾楓出的食品技師系列精選還不錯。但是我個人認為與其背標準題解，不如自己試著以自己的觀念來寫寫看，然後再背自己寫的筆記，這樣的印象最深刻。以下是我個人使用的課本。

食品法規可以直接到衛生署食品處買法規彙編來看

食品化學 張為憲 華香園 這本比較舊，不過我沒買新課本。
食品微生物學－
食品微生物學 王進琦編著 這本也是舊課本，但也夠用了。
食品工廠管理－
食品工廠經營管理 林慧生編著 華香園
我用的是90年版, 但94年他有出新版, 其他課本我都覺得不夠完整或談得太偏，可和張啟華的食品工廠品質管理一起看。

禾楓出的那一系列,答案有的錯的很離譜,建議不看,若自己有某程度了,自己找答案比較好,若自己還不能找答案,那改年再考吧
我自己是沒有買,而是考完後才看到的.
基本上小風說的沒錯,裡面是有些答案並不太理想.
但是買題解的人應該要從題解中去思考自己該如何回答,考食品技師和考高中不一樣,沒有所謂的標準答案,也不能純抄題解或背誦題解,
誠如小風所說,如果能夠自己找出考古題的答案(也不見得一定都正確),去考考上的機會就大,如果題目給你都找不到答案,考上的機率就較小.
之前對於食品技師這張證照是否會翻身做了一下試算, 當時的假設是, 如果在未來四年每年報考人數都達到2000人, 那大約在四年後也剛好達到需求的滿足點。不過根據今年的報考與錄取狀況來
